You will recruit and train staff, manage scheduling, cash handling, and inventory; resolve guest concerns; support marketing efforts and foster a positive team culture; opportunity to grow with a bold, fanatical brand.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English.
• Clear verbal communication with Fans and Players.
• Stands/walks 100% of the shift.
• Lifts up to 50lbs and works in damp, hot environments.
• Works with open flame and sharp knives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure brand standards and safety compliance.
• Handle administrative duties: ordering, inventory, scheduling, and vendor invoices.
• Recruit, train, and supervise Players; provide direction and disciplinary guidance.
• Manage cash handling, daily deposits, and voids/ comps as required.
• Investigate and resolve food quality and service complaints.
• Support marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Lead by example and mentor team, providing performance feedback.
• Collaborate with management and Players to meet goals.
• May perform duties of Service Assistant, Line Cook, Server, or Bartender as needed.
