Job summary

Primanti Bros. in Hershey, PA is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure brand standards and safety compliance, and lead a high-performing team.

You will manage staffing, inventory, and customer service while supporting marketing efforts and continuous improvement. Reporting to the General Manager, you will coach Players, conduct performance reviews, and maintain a respectful work environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to verbalize and clearly respond to Fans and Players.
• Stands/walks 100% of the shift.
• Lifts up to 50lbs, up to 20 times per shift.
• Operates in a damp, hot work environment.
• May perform various restaurant roles when needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily restaurant operations to ensure brand and safety standards.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, and vendor invoices.
• Source, interview, hire and train staff; provide direction and coaching.
• Manage cash handling and daily deposits; monitor financials.
• Resolve customer and guest concerns promptly.
• Support marketing campaigns to drive business.
