Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing financial, marketing, guest service, and HR objectives for the unit.
• Ensure adequate supplies and proper operation of equipment and facilities.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and retention of team members.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
• Support the General Manager in direction, coordination, and evaluation of the unit.
• Perform duties with adherence to SOPs and organizational policies.
