Job summary

Dunkin' in New Jersey is seeking a passionate Assistant Manager to lead a fast-paced team, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards in a busy Dunkin' restaurant.

You will oversee operations, scheduling, training, inventory, and cost control while delivering legendary hospitality. 1 year of assistant management experience and SERV Safe certification are required; weekend and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year assistant management experience (QSR experience a plus!)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A hands-on, can-do attitude with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• SERV Safe Certified

• Assisting with guest satisfaction, product quality, financial performance and team development
