Captain D's is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and training at our Summerville location. You will drive sales, manage staffing, monitor costs, and ensure standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety.

You will onboard new team members and contribute to developing future leaders within the team. We value purpose-driven leadership, hospitality focus, and a track record of building strong teams under pressure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in restaurant, retail, or hospitality management.

As a Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of your restaurant’s operation and training. You are accountable for strategic planning, driving sales, staffing, controlling costs, achieving operations standards, leading teams, onboarding new team members and developing future leaders.

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Background check required

Physical & Mental Demands

Work Conditions
