Captain D's is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, training, and staff development at our Goose Creek location.

You will plan strategically, drive sales, control costs, maintain standards, and nurture future leaders while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This role requires 2+ years in management in hospitality, strong communication, and a proven ability to build and lead teams.

As a Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of your restaurant’s operation and training. You are accountable for strategic planning, driving sales, staffing, controlling costs, achieving operations standards, leading teams, onboarding new team members and developing future leaders.

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Background check required

Physical & Mental Demands
