Job summary

Captain D's is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s operation and training, ensuring guest satisfaction and strict adherence to food safety and quality standards.

You will lead strategic planning, drive sales, manage staffing and costs, and develop future leaders through onboarding and ongoing coaching, while promoting our purpose-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in restaurant/retail or hospitality management.

As a Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of your restaurant’s operation and training. Requirements

• 18+ years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Background check required

Physical & Mental Demands

Work Conditions
