Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running effective shifts and maintaining Charter Foods' standards and brand standards. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will take ownership of your responsibilities, solve problems with a positive attitude, seek assistance when needed, and guide team members. You will ensure that Team Members and Shift Managers complete their duties, manage inventory, and uphold financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will ensure the delivery of safe, quality food to customers promptly. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe environment for both employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math and accounting skills, strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to sweep, mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry trash containers, and place them in an outside bin.
• Ability to clean the parking lot and surrounding grounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop for 80% of the shift.
