7-Eleven in Virginia Beach is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the restaurant leader, oversee daily operations, and coach team members to deliver great customer service. This full-time position offers competitive pay ($13.25–$18.75 hourly), training, growth opportunities, and benefits such as health coverage, paid PTO, 401k, tuition reimbursement, and incentive potential.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Ability to oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with policies and Health Department standards.
• Experience reading and interpreting operating and maintenance instructions and manuals.
• Proficient computer knowledge (Word, Excel).
• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership and coaching.
• Ensure restaurant condition complies with policies and Health Department standards.
• Ensure proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness.
• Utilize P&L and store reports to drive improvements.
• Read and interpret operating and maintenance documents.
