Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. This role offers full-time hours, a chance to develop in a dynamic retail environment, and a focus on customer service excellence.

You will work alongside the Restaurant Leader to guide staff, manage operations, and uphold standards of quality and compliance. This position emphasizes internal advancement and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees.
• Ability to oversee the restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards.
• Strong focus on proper preparations, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change.
• Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedures.
• Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel).
• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with at least one year of Restaurant Management experience.
• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
