7-Eleven, Inc. seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our store leadership team in Fredericksburg, VA. You will train and supervise staff, monitor store conditions, and ensure excellent customer service while managing daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; one year of restaurant management experience accepted in lieu of formal education.
• Experience supervising staff and delivering customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with P&L, store reports, and health department standards.
