7-Eleven is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead a store team, drive outstanding guest service, and execute daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with the Restaurant Leader to train staff, ensure food quality, manage cash and reporting, and maintain store presentation. A High School diploma or GED plus one year of management experience is preferred; full-time hours and competitive pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Oversee and lead the restaurant team to deliver great guest service.
• Adhere to Health Department Standards and company policies.
• Assist Restaurant Leader with coaching and training programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all staff.
• Ensure restaurant condition complies with company policies and Health Department Standards.
• Maintain proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness of products.
• Analyze P&L and store reports to drive improvements.
• Read and interpret operating manuals and procedures.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting and documentation.
