Alvarado Restaurant Nation in New Mexico is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader and supervise team members during operating hours. You will ensure fast, accurate service and uphold quality standards while directing daily operations in the restaurant.

The role requires 1+ years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, plus a high school diploma or GED. You will coach crew, manage cash procedures and participate in inventory and scheduling duties.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach hourly employees
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and financial performance

Responsabilidades

• Maintain fast, accurate service and guest relations per standards
• Resolve on-site customer complaints
• Conduct periodic food safety audits
• Coach crew on service, quality and speed
• Analyze sales, labor, inventory and controllables
• Oversee cash procedures and payroll timekeeping
• Supervise opening/closing and staffing
• Train new crew in STP program and cash handling
• Conduct crew performance appraisals and merit decisions
