Job summary

Dhanani Group Inc is seeking an energetic Restaurant Supervisor for our Burger King location in Plattsmouth, NE. You will lead a fast-paced crew, deliver excellent guest service, and drive daily operations to achieve quality and financial goals.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to train and motivate a team across all shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.
