Job summary

You will develop Servant Leaders, ensure quality and service standards, manage training, scheduling, and cost controls, and collaborate with the GM to improve guest metrics. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Ensures product quality and operations standards are met.
• Partners with the Restaurant General Manager to improve guest metrics.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to meet Quality, Service and Cleanliness (QSC).
• Reviews inventory and creates product orders.
• Evaluates and implements cost controls.
• Monitors people charts and production planning; adjust as needed.
• Creates and monitors schedules; onboarding for new team members.
• Implements action plans to address employee needs and Operational Assessments.
