Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Leader Trainee who enjoys working as part of a management team and has previous supervisory experience. We are dedicated to your success and committed to providing proper training to ensure excellent customer service on every visit. What you bring:

• A desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees.
• Ability to oversee restaurant conditions, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and health standards.
• Strength in ensuring proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness.
• Ability to use P&L and store reports to implement improvements.
• Ability to interpret operating and maintenance instructions and manuals.
• Proficient in computer skills, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel.
• A High School diploma or GED is preferred; candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience will also be considered.
• Ability to multitask, perform repetitive movements like bending and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Hourly wage range: $15.61 - $22.55
