Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all store operations.
• Participate in recruitment and training of staff.
• Provide motivational feedback to foster a positive work environment.
• Prepare employee schedules to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
• Handle financial responsibilities to support store success.
• Step in for the Store Manager when needed to ensure continuous operation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Age requirements vary by state: 18+ or 21+.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Access to a vehicle and liability insurance on it.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work various shifts.
• Fluent in English with basic math skills.
• Willing to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
