Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, seeks an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in operating high-volume shifts while upholding Charter Foods and brand standards. You will guide Team Members and Shift Managers, manage inventory, and ensure timely, safe, quality food delivery.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail environments with P&L responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in running great shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards and brand standards.
• Help ensure team members and shift managers complete duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability.
• Contribute to delivering safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner and maintain a safe environment.
