Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC seeks an Assistant Restaurant General Manager for McLemore Club in Rising Fawn, GA, to lead shift operations and collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You'll supervise restaurant associates, help with hiring and coaching, design promotions, ensure compliance with safety and alcohol regulations, and drive guest satisfaction while optimizing financial performance. A strong communicator with leadership skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Two to four year college degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to delegate, manage manpower and set priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift operations in the restaurant and liaise with kitchen staff to ensure quality service.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate restaurant staff under guidance of management.
• Develop promotions and displays to increase local market share.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol regulations and sanitation standards.
• Maximize bar profitability through portion control and accurate charges.
• Respond to guest needs and resolve issues to drive guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cash management and prepare reports.
