Who We Are Looking For:
Are you the Assistant Residential Supervisor we have been looking for? In this position, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others with a dynamic team by bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our students!
JRI’s Butler Center provides comprehensive treatment for boys (ages 12-21) with emotional and mental health diagnoses. Our staff support these boys in developing and practicing strategies that will enable them to manage their behavior. Treatment is delivered by a multidisciplinary team comprised of licensed clinicians, educators (with certification in Special Education), and specially trained Youth Counselors. The goal is to enable the boys in our service to return safely to the community.
Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times when overtime may be mandated.
