NFI Massachusetts Inc., a non-profit human services agency, is currently seeking an Assistant Supervisor for its residential youth program located in Wilmington, MA.
Our residential programs work with youth who are in need of temporary out-of-home placement. The Assistant Supervisor is responsible for ensuring a safe and secure residential environment. Assistant Supervisors are responsible for assisting the Supervisor in the safe running of all shifts. Additionally, the Assistant Supervisor will provide supervision of residential counselors and assist in carrying out the responsibilities of program operations.
Hourly Rate: $23.50/hour
