Job summary

Devereux Pocono in Newfoundland, PA, seeks an Assistant Residential Manager to support adults with developmental disabilities, assist with daily living activities, and contribute to the residential operation's development, implementation and evaluation.

Starting rate $20.52 hr with evening and overnight differentials; opportunities for growth through ASCEND program and various incentive programs; TOB exchange options for additional pay.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in education, social sciences, management and/or related health degree OR high school diploma or GED with at least three years experience in a residential treatment setting required.
• Experience: Minimum of two years working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities; at least 6 months supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living and contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of the residential operation.
• Support safety, documentation and coordination with staff to ensure quality care.
