Job summary

Devereux Pocono Center in Newfoundland, PA is seeking a Residential Manager to lead one or more group homes and ensure quality care for clients with developmental disabilities. The role requires supervisory experience, strong organization, and a commitment to safety and compliance.

The position offers competitive pay starting at $57,910 per year, with potential extra $3,120 annually for NADSP Frontline Supervisor Certification, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of progressive responsibility in a community/residential setting supporting people with disabilities.
• At least one year of supervisory experience in a residential treatment setting.
• Must be computer literate and able to learn computer functions to perform the job.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving history.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to one or more group homes, including on-call and on-the-floor support to fill staffing requirements.
• Manage operations of assigned group home(s), including finances, scheduling staff, and monthly meetings.
• Deliver ongoing support, training, and development to staff in the group home.
• Comply with safety standards and licensing requirements set by Devereux and regulatory bodies.
