Job summary

Devereux Pocono provides programs and services for adults with developmental disabilities, located in Newfoundland, PA with group homes across four counties. The Residential Manager role involves developing and implementing the overall Residential Program to meet the needs of Pocono Center clients.

As a Residential Manager you will oversee group homes, manage staff and finances, provide training, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of progressive responsibility in a community/residential setting supporting people with disabilities.
• At least one year of supervisory experience in a residential treatment setting.
• Must be computer literate and able to learn computer functions to perform the job.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to one or more group homes, filling staffing requirements and being available for on-call, evenings, overnights, weekends or holidays.
• Manage operations of assigned group home(s), including finances, scheduling staff, and conducting monthly meetings.
• Deliver ongoing staff training and development within the group home.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and licensing requirements.
