We are a privately-held, real estate company that's looking to hire a Resident Services Assistant Manager ASAP!

Scope of Responsibilities

• Leading by example, living the standards and behaviors consistent with the core values and culture of our company
• Achieving resident & client satisfaction by striving to ensure every resident interaction is positive
• Respectfully coaching and mentoring team members when the RSM is not present
• Attend team/client meetings when necessary
• Assist with administrative duties
• Work order management
• Team/new hire training
• Coordinate resident needs and requests, package logistics, reservations, service orders, etc.
• Special project assignments when needed
• Understanding of physical asset design, operations and/or building systems is very helpful

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service management, hospitality, or retail industries
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with industry software, apps, and computer programs
