Job Details

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Lead by example, embodying the standards and behaviors aligned with our core values and culture.
• Achieve resident & client satisfaction by ensuring positive interactions.
• Respectfully coach and mentor team members when the RSM is not present.
• Attend team/client meetings as necessary.
• Assist with administrative duties.
• Manage work orders.
• Train team members and new hires.
• Coordinate resident needs, requests, package logistics, reservations, and service orders.
• Handle special project assignments as needed.
• Understanding of physical asset design, operations, and building systems is advantageous.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service management, hospitality, or retail industries.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with industry software, apps, and computer programs.
