Oregon State University’s Office of the Registrar is seeking an Assistant Registrar for Enrollment & Term Operations. This full-time, 12-month professional faculty position supports enrollment status compliance and NSC reporting, with data integrity in the SIS and end-of-term processing.

The Assistant Registrar for Enrollment & Term Operations position in the Office of the Registrar is a member of the Operations Team, reporting to the Senior Associate Registrar. This position is responsible for enrollment status compliance and external reporting to the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC), academic term setup and related end of term processing, integrity of data in the student information system (SIS), with application of procedures and regulations. Independent judgements are frequently necessary for policy exceptions and internal operations decisions. The Assistant Registrar is responsible for the supervision of one employee.
This position is designated as a critical or security-sensitive position; therefore, the incumbent must successfully complete a criminal history check and be determined to be position qualified as per University Standard: 05-010 et seq. Incumbents are required to self-report convictions and those in youth programs may have additional criminal history checks every 24 months.
Typical office environment, 8 am-5 pm, Monday through Friday.
