Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and at least one year in a college setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify and report viable options for problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the processing team and all processing functions.
• Train staff on Banner tasks and utilize policy knowledge in higher education.
• Conduct registrations and enrollment activities to cover front-line needs.
• Maintain confidential student files and respond to inquiries from students and staff.
• Provide data entry guidance and training on the student information system.
