Job summary

Ivy Tech Community College’s Indianapolis Campus is seeking an Assistant Registrar - Admissions Processing. This role oversees admissions processing and staff, including guest student applications, transcripts, and enrollment data, ensuring accuracy and FERPA compliance.

Reporting to the Registrar, you will develop reports, train staff on Banner tasks, and coordinate with transfer and academic affairs to support enrollment during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least one year of experience in a college setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the processing team and all processing functions.
• Process high school transcripts and guest student applications.
• Train staff on Banner tasks and policies in higher education.
• Maintain FERPA compliance and handle confidential enrollment data.
