Job summary

Go Store It - Self Storage is seeking an Assistant Regional Manager for Orlando, FL. This role will help maintain store operations, oversee staff, and ensure excellent customer service at the location.

You’ll work full-time, manage daily tasks such as staffing, maintenance coordination, and unit readiness, while supporting expansion and efficiency across the site. You’ll be hands-on with opening and closing procedures, safety checks, and coordinating repairs, with internal promotion potential as

Responsibilities

• Assist with initial contact to applicants after specific interview aid.
• Train new hires following training manually.
• Update unit status.
• Adjust rates.
• Handle customer escalations not related to employee complaints.
• Walk the property daily. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they’re working.
• Help customers when they’re on site and need a hand.
