Go Store It - Self Storage in Marietta, GA is seeking an Assistant Regional Manager to help run daily operations, assist applicants, train new hires, and ensure properties are well maintained. The role covers updating unit status, adjusting rates, handling escalations, and keeping facilities clean and functional.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• No college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with initial contact to applicants following specific interview aid.
• Train new hires following training manually.
• Update unit status.
• Adjust rates.
• Handle customer escalations not related to employee complaints.
• Walk the property daily to look for trash, damage, lights, leaks, or anything off.
• Repair small issues like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple patches.
• Keep the place clean: hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs and prep for next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure proper operation.
• Assist customers on site when needed.
• Maintain a neat, functional property you can be proud of.
