You will manage renewals, assist in marketing-driven retention activities, and ensure proper rent collection and documentation. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service, strong communication, and comfort with property software.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or customer service roles.
• Ability to manage renewals and leases.
• Familiarity with property management software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and complete resident renewals.
• Plan and execute resident retention campaigns with Marketing.
• Assist Property Manager and Regional Manager as needed.
• Ensure rents and late fees are posted timely.
• Prepare and process legal actions per guidelines.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
• Verify leases and related paperwork input accurately.
• Maintain current resident files both digitally and physically.
• Support staff to promote teamwork and a harmonious environment.
• Ensure property appearance and repairs are tracked and completed.
