Job summary

Westover Companies is seeking a Property Manager for our Baltimore, MD community. You will oversee daily operations, budgeting, and vendor coordination to maximize occupancy and financial performance.

The ideal candidate has CAM or ARM certification, 2+ years on-site leasing or management, strong computer skills, and a customer-focused approach. Evening/weekend availability and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years on-site leasing or property management experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Strong budgeting, reporting and administrative skills.
• Proficient with property management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and budget adherence.
• Manage leasing, rents, delinquencies and move-ins/outs.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety, Fair Housing and company policies.
• Lead a collaborative on-site team and support regional management.
