East West Hospitality's Vail team is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support our vacation rental community. Based in Vail, CO, you will help deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage owner relationships, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

This full-time, year-round role offers a schedule Thursday to Monday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with a pay rate of $32–$35 per hour. Start date is 8/10/2026, and candidates should be detail-oriented, proactive, and proficient with computer systems.

Qualifications

• Guest and homeowner-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional phone/email etiquette.
• Comfortable using computer systems to support daily operations.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for guests and homeowners.
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure properties are maintained to high standards.
• Complete light maintenance and property care tasks to support guest and homeowner experience.
• Monitor property conditions and communicate issues to appropriate teams.

Duties Include

• Serve as a primary point of contact for guests and homeowners, providing a welcoming experience and responsive support throughout their stay.
• Conduct daily inspections of buildings and private residences to ensure properties are maintained to high standards.
• Complete light maintenance, grounds upkeep, and property care tasks to support the overall guest and homeowner experience.
• Monitor property conditions, identify opportunities for improvement, and communicate issues or needs to the appropriate teams.
• Act as the eyes and ears of the properties, helping ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional service.
