Job summary

The Sebastian - Vail - A Timbers Resort is actively seeking a Housekeeper to maintain the quality of guest rooms and common areas. You will be responsible for cleaning and preparing guest accommodations, responding to guest requests, and ensuring adherence to brand standards.

What You Will Do

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to established quality and safety standards
• Change linens, make beds, dust surfaces, vacuum, mop, and restock room supplies
• Clean bathrooms, ensuring all fixtures, mirrors, and surfaces are sanitized and well presented
• Inspect rooms for maintenance concerns, missing items, or damage and report findings promptly
• Maintain cleanliness in hallways, stairways, carts, storage areas, and other assigned spaces
• Respond to guest requests in a courteous and professional manner
• Follow all housekeeping procedures, safety guidelines, and brand standards
• Properly handle cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens
