Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in property management, leasing or real estate administration.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
• Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing regulations.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day operations under the property manager, including tenant relations, leasing, maintenance, and admin tasks.
• Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist with leasing process, show units, conduct screenings, and prepare lease agreements.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out processes and perform property inspections.
• Support with rent collection and delinquency management as needed.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors for repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain records of expenses, income, leasing activity, and work orders.
• Assist in implementing property policies and coordinating with vendors for bids.
