The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in residential management, familiarity with OneSite or Yardi, and the ability to work weekends. A high school diploma and reliable transportation with a valid license are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of residential management or leasing experience.
• Experience using property management software (OneSite or Yardi).
• Weekend availability.
• Ability to walk the property, including stairs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of the property, amenities, and community.
• Handle all aspects of leasing apartments.
• Collect and enter rental payments.
• Record daily traffic information.
• Process residents' service requests and other maintenance requests.
• Perform daily inspection of model apartment, common areas, and community amenities.
• Assist in the inspection of vacant apartments.
• Assume the duties of the property manager and/or perform other duties as directed.
