Job summary

RFA Asset Management is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support tenant relations, lease administration, budgeting, and financial reporting for our Arizona portfolio. You will collaborate with property managers, engineering, accounting, tenants, and vendors to optimize operations and strengthen tenant relationships.

The role requires 3+ years in commercial property management, solid experience with lease administration and CAM, and proficiency in Excel/Outlook.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business/Real Estate/Property Management preferred.
• Equivalent commercial property management experience considered.
• 3+ years of commercial property management experience.
• Strong knowledge of lease administration, CAM reconciliations, operating expenses, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Proficiency with PM software like Yardi Voyager or CommercialCafe.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for tenants, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Support lease administration, billings, reconciliations, and budgeting.
• Assist with financial reporting, variance analysis, and monthly property reports.
• Help oversee property inspections, maintenance, life safety, and operations.
• Coordinate reports, documents, and compliance records across teams.
