The position involves customer relations, property accounting support, and leasing assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of commercial property management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong tenant relationships and deliver responsive service.
• Coordinate move-ins/outs and tenant events with clear communication.
• Assist in vendor management, bidding, and oversight of services.
• Support budgeting, forecasts, and monthly financial reports.
• Assist with leases, notices, and property tours.
