Trinity Property Consultants, based in Minnesota, seeks a Leasing Consultant to drive leasing goals and deliver exceptional resident service. You will show units, process applications, and guide move-ins while contributing to a welcoming community.

The role emphasizes customer focus, sales drive, organization, and clear communication, with on-site hours including weekends. Training provided and opportunities for growth exist.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with Yardi or similar is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Assist in market surveys and marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in for a smooth experience.
• Provide superior customer service and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Process maintenance requests with timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate resident files and handle admin duties.
• Update unit availability and calendars; conduct move-out inspections.
• Support turnover procedures and resident collections in line with policy.

Compensation: $18.00 to $20.00 hourly, depending on experience, plus lease commissions.

Schedule: Monday 9:00AM to 6:00PM, Thursday 9:00PM to 6:00PM, Saturday 10:00AM to 5:00PM

Leasing & Sales

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Assistin completingmarket surveys and execute marketing strategies tomaintainstrong occupancy.

Resident Experience & Service

• Provide superior customer service, responding promptly and professionally to resident inquiries or concerns.
• Process maintenance requests and work with the team to ensuretimelyresolution.
• Maintain resident files with completeness and accuracy.

Operational & AdministrativePerformance

• Maintain daily updates of unit availability and community calendars.
• Perform regular inspections to ensure all units meet Trinity’s move-in ready standards.
• Support property management withadministrativeduties, phone support, and other tasks as needed.
• Conduct move-out inspections andassistwith property turnover procedures.
• Handle resident collectionsin accordance withTrinity’s standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalentrequired;additionaleducation or certificationsarea plus(e.g.knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations).
• Tech Proficiency: Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Yardi, Entrata,EliseAI,Celeriand social mediais a bonus.

Availability & Travel

This positionwillrequireavailability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Active participation in team functions and regionalorcompany activities is expected.

Physical Demands

This positionnecessitatesregular periods of sitting, standing, walking, as well as use of hands and arms. Occasional climbing may berequired. Extended use of computers or telephones is also necessary. The rolemay requirelifting upto 25 pounds independently, and occasionally up to 50 pounds withassistance. The ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms is essential. Candidates must be able to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet.
