Job summary

Sandhurst Apartment Management is seeking an assistant property manager to support the property manager in asset management, on-site accounting, and leasing at one of our distinctive communities. You will assist with marketing, maintenance programs, and daily leasing tasks to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The role requires solid computer skills, ability to perform on-site software functions (Entrata preferred), and willingness to work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform intermediate mathematical functions.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Experience with Entrata is preferred but not required.
• Weekend and/or holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Support the property manager in asset management and on-site accounting.
• Assist with marketing, maintenance programs, and leasing apartments.
• Maintain resident records and process rents, deposits, and charges daily.
• Handle move-ins and move-outs duties accurately.
• Update reports on move-out notices and resident activity daily.
• Coordinate collections and local legal processes as needed.
• Assist with month-end closing and software procedures.
• Submit regular reports to the corporate office weekly and monthly.
