Job summary

Indus Management Group in Houston seeks an Assistant Manager to support the Property Manager and oversee day-to-day operations. You will help ensure timely delinquency collection and maintain accurate financial records for the property.

The role requires 2+ years of multi-family property management experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid Texas driver's license. Bilingual English/Spanish and knowledge of Entrata are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of related property management experience with multi-family.
• Valid State Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as Second-in-Command for property in the absence of the Property Manager.
• Assists with recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of onsite staff.
• Oversees accounting functions and resident ledgers maintenance.
• Communicates with residents and ensures timely delinquency collection.
• Conducts financial move-outs and processes deposits/refunds with corporate office.
• Responds to inquiries from prospects and residents.
