Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of a multifamily community.
• Assist with leasing activities including tours, applications, and renewals.
• Monitor rent collections and assist with delinquency management.
• Respond to resident concerns and maintain positive relations.
• Prepare financial reports and property documentation.
• Process purchase orders and accounts payable.
• Assist with property operations, financial administration, and occupancy tasks.
• Serve as acting Property Manager in the Manager's absence.
