Qualifications

• Property management and leasing experience preferred.
• Understanding and working knowledge of affordable housing issues and programs is a plus.
• Experience using property management software (Yardi, OneSite, Yieldstar).
• General knowledge of repair and apartment maintenance.
• Section 8 experience is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of a busy leasing office.
• Ensure deposits and rental payments are collected on time.
• Develop and maintain marketing plans to maximize occupancy.
• Provide friendly and informative customer service.
• Assist with resident issue resolution and satisfaction.
