Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our on-site team in Atlanta. You will assist with move outs, service requests, lease renewals and resident relations while supporting marketing and rent collection efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related leasing or property management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to lead a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests and resident transfers.
• Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations, including calls, requests and concerns.
