Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years related experience in multi-family management or leasing, sales or customer service background.
• Knowledge of multifamily property management practices and Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager in leading staff to provide high level service to residents.
• Collect and post rent payments; process late payments; issue late notices; initiate eviction if needed.
• Assist with financial and operational reporting; draft leases after renewal offers; track offers.
