Job summary

Barrett & Stokely in Indiana is seeking a Leasing Professional to support the Property Manager in delivering top-tier service to residents. You will handle walk-ins, rent collection, renewal offers, and move-in readiness while maintaining accurate records.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong customer service and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and Entrata. The role is full-time, on site, with benefits including health coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years of related experience in multi-family management or leasing, sales or customer service; or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager in leading staff to ensure highest level of service to residents.
• Collect and post rent payments, process late payments, issue late notices, and initiate eviction when needed.
• Assist with financial and operational reporting and renewal offers; draft leases after returned.
• Input daily resident information from walk-ins, move-ins/move-outs, and apartment conditions.
• Comply with local ordinances, state and federal laws, including Fair Housing.
