Job summary

Mission Rock Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Vancouver, WA to support day-to-day property operations under the Property Manager's direction.

You will communicate with residents to ensure on-time rent payments, explain lease processes, and show apartments to prospects. The role requires 1–2 years of onsite leasing experience and solid PC skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, plus a strong grasp of Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years onsite as a Leasing Consultant.
• Proficiency with basic PC operations, internet search, and MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing laws and application of policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high level of customer service and online presence to achieve positive survey/review scores.
• Explain screening qualifications, lease paperwork, rent collection, and move-in/move-out procedures to residents and prospects.
