Job summary

Mission Rock Residential in Puyallup, WA is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support day-to-day property management tasks and resident interactions. Under the direction of the Property Manager, you will help with rent collection, lease paperwork, screenings, and move-in/out procedures, ensuring excellent customer service.

The role requires 1–2 years of onsite leasing experience, solid computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), and a solid understanding of Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years onsite as Leasing Consultant.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Thorough understanding of Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high level of customer service and manage online presence to achieve satisfactory survey/review scores.
• Explain policies related to screening, lease paperwork, rent collection, and move-in/out procedures.
• Review resident files and accounting records to identify overdue balances and enforce the lease.
• Tour community and amenities with prospects and stay informed on vacancies and rental rates.
