Job summary

Mission Rock Residential, in Kingscrest - Frederick, MD, is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support day-to-day property operations. Under the Property Manager, you’ll handle rent collection, lease paperwork, and resident communications to ensure on-time payments and lease compliance.

Applicants need 1–2 years onsite experience, strong PC skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing laws. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a base+incentive compensation range of $25.00–$27.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of onsite leasing experience required.
• Proficiency with PC, internet search, and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Thorough understanding of Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high levels of customer service and online presence to achieve satisfactory surveys/reviews.
• Understand and explain policies related to screening, leases, rent collection, and move-in/move-out procedures.
• Review resident files and accounting records to identify unpaid balances, communicate with residents, and enforce the lease.
• Tour community and amenities with prospects and stay current on apartment specs, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
